Nexus Security Serviceses Ltd — Protecting People · Securing Futures
Let’s Talk About What You’re Protecting
Every security conversation starts the same way, whichever end of the country you’re calling from: something needs watching, and you’d rather it were watched properly. Maybe that’s a warehouse full of stock sitting quiet overnight, a corporate reception desk that needs a professional face on it, a one-night event with three thousand people through the door, or an alarm that keeps going off at hours no one wants to answer for. Whatever it is, the fastest route to an accurate answer is simply telling us — specifically, not generically — what you need protected, where it is, and when.
We’re not going to put you through a call centre menu or a week of back-and-forth before someone actually looks at your site. Call, email, or fill in the form below, and a real person will get back to you.

Existing Clients If you already have a services agreement with us, please use the dedicated contact details provided in your contract rather than the general line above — it’ll get you to the right person faster.
Emergency Alarm Response / Key Holding If you’re a current key holding or alarm response client experiencing an active incident, call the emergency number issued in your service agreement. This general enquiry line is not monitored for live incidents outside office hours.

Office Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Operational Hours Guarding, mobile patrols, and alarm response operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — security doesn’t take evenings or bank holidays off, and neither do we.
What Happens When You Get in Touch
1. We listen before we quote. A short call or email exchange to understand what you’re actually trying to protect. Is it a single site or several? Ongoing cover or a one-off event? Something already causing a problem, or something you’re getting ahead of? The more specific you are, the more useful our first response will be.
2. We assess the site, where it matters. For anything beyond a straightforward booking, we’ll walk the site with you in person before putting a number on paper. A warehouse’s blind spots, a retail unit’s peak footfall hours, an event’s crowd flow — none of that shows up properly over the phone, and we’d rather see it than guess at it.
3. You get a proposal that reflects your risk, not a generic rate card. A written quote itemising exactly what’s included — hours, headcount, patrol frequency, reporting — priced against your actual site rather than a one-size-fits-all day rate.
4. Officers are briefed on your site specifically. Before a single shift begins, the officers assigned to your contract are briefed on your access points, key contacts, escalation procedures, and anything unusual about the site — not given a generic induction and left to work it out on shift one.
5. Reporting keeps you in the loop, not out of it. Once a contract is live, you’ll receive the reporting agreed at the outset — patrol logs, incident reports, or scheduled updates — so knowing the job is being done properly doesn’t require you to check up on it yourself.
Where We Cover
Nexus Security Serviceses Ltd operates nationwide across the United Kingdom. Whether you need cover for a single site in one town or coordinated protection across dozens of locations spanning several regions, it’s one contract and one point of contact, wherever your sites happen to be. Tell us your location(s) when you enquire and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you respond to my enquiry? [Insert your real response-time commitment — e.g. “Within one working day for general enquiries.”]
Can you provide short-notice or emergency cover? In many cases, yes — tell us your timeframe when you enquire and we’ll give you a straight answer about what’s realistically achievable, rather than a vague “we’ll try.”
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract? No. We provide everything from single-shift and one-off event cover through to multi-year, multi-site contracts — tell us what you need and we’ll scope accordingly.
Is a site visit always required before a quote? For straightforward, low-risk bookings, often not. For anything involving ongoing guarding, higher-risk sites, or larger events, yes — we’d rather see a site once than misprice it based on a phone description.
What information should I have ready when I contact you? Roughly: the site address(es), the type of cover you’re considering, when you need it to start, and any specific risks or incidents that have prompted the enquiry. You don’t need to have it all figured out — that’s what the conversation is for.

One Last Thing
Security is one of those services nobody thinks about until the moment they urgently need to — and by then, it’s too late to start comparing providers. If you’re reading this because something’s already gone wrong, we’re sorry that’s the reason you’re here, and we’ll move as fast as the situation needs. If you’re reading this because you’re planning ahead, even better — that’s exactly when a security contract gets built properly instead of in a panic.
Either way: tell us what you’re protecting, and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do about it.
